i woule like to know.
if sombody leave in US for 4-5 years and he going to be at PESACH in Israel, if he shoude do "SEDER" twice like as out of Israel or not?

If he has a dated airline ticket back to Israel (in order to return and live in Israel) he is considered a resident of Israel even when abroad and does only one holiday whether he is in Israel or abroad.
If he doesn’t have a certain retuning date- he is considered a resident of out of Israel and celebrates twice whether he is in Israel or not…
