hi. we are in australia so the question is in english. sorry about that. we have singing and dancing with the children in the jewish agency's program here in australia. the kids don't have "the 3 weeks" minhagim, and they aren't familiar with them. should we give up this great Keruv and Shlichut opportunity or is there a way to Leshalev the singing during these days.

If this chikdren do not know the mininng of the 3 weeks, and are far from Torah and mizvot, you can use music in order to reach out to them and give them a jewush education.
I personally think that you should find a way to explain and teach them about the minnig of the Hurban Habait as part of your activity.
